Policy Details
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, damaged via customer.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Creepy AF will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective.
Restocking Fees
Creepy AF does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Creepy AF, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Creepy AF will process your return. Please allow at least 2 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Creepy AF will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
